Where we ship

We ship to the United States.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Delivery then takes 5-14 business days. You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders of $60 and up (every bundle, one-time or Subscribe & Save). $5.99 shipping on a single can, one-time or Subscribe & Save.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order in the time stated above, we will email you before that time with a new shipping date and the choice to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel, or if we cannot ship at all, we refund you within 7 business days.

Address problems, lost and stolen packages

Please check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will reship it once you confirm the address. If tracking shows a package delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 7 days and we will help you file a carrier claim; if tracking has not updated for 7 days, we will reship or refund.
